Q: Do you drive to my home or business to fix my computer?

A: Yes, we do. We will drive to your home or business to fix your computer.

Q: What are your business hours? Are you open on the weekend?

A: We are open from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 3 pm. Our hours on Saturday and Sunday vary; please contact us for specific weekend hours. We are typically closed on Sundays.

Q: Will you enter my house/business to fix my computer?

A: While we primarily perform repairs in our mobile vehicle repair station or at our repair center, there are instances where we may need to enter your house/business to further troubleshoot or diagnose the problem.

Q: Why don’t you do data recovery on location?

A: Data recovery can take a long time depending on the amount of data that needs to be recovered. At times, it can be a lengthy process and may require us to take the local storage hardware back to our repair center.

Q: What if you can’t repair my system?

A: If we can’t repair your system at your home or business, we will need to take it back to our repair center for further diagnosis and troubleshooting. If additional repairs are required, we will contact you to inform you of the current situation. If we successfully fix your system, we will contact you and arrange for delivery within our pickup/delivery dates. If you are unavailable during those dates, we can schedule a drop-off date. In the event that we are unable to repair your system at our repair center, we will contact you, provide a complete breakdown of the issues, and recommend options to move forward.

Q: Where is your repair center located, and can we take our computer to you?

A: Our repair center is located at 1111 Corporate Center Dr Monterey Park, CA 91754. However, please note that we do not conduct business at our repair center, as it is closed to the general public. We provide business-to-customer services, so all computer services are performed either at your location or in our mobile vehicle repair station.

Q: I already purchased the parts for my computer, can you build it for me?

A: If you have all the required parts to build your computer, we can assemble it for you, install your OS, preload any necessary software, apply premium thermal paste, and cable management.

Q: I haven’t purchased the parts for my computer/not sure what to purchase.

A: If you don’t have all your system parts or are unsure about what to buy, fill out our custom desktop form. We will contact you via phone or email to better understand your system requirements. Afterward, we’ll pre-build your system and send you an email with our recommended parts based on your needs and budget.

Q: What if my computer fails in the future?

A: Worry not! Computers built by us come with a 30 Day limited warranty. If a problem arises, we’ll take it back! We’ll troubleshoot your system, repair any OS issues, inspect all hardware, and make necessary replacements. Once the system is complete, we’ll deliver it to your house or business!

Does not include: Liquid Damage, Virus or Malware/Spyware, 3rd Party Repairs or Modifications, Owner Repairs or Modifications, Drops or Impacts, User Overclocking, User Misuse. Replacement of defective or malfunctioning hardware only applies for hardware that is purchased from us and not for pre-purchased hardware.

Q: What qualifies for the limited warranty?

A: All hardware is covered for defective issues and performance issues. Corrupted OS installations are covered under this same warranty and apply for pre-built desktops.

The limited lifetime warranty does not cover liquid damage, virus or malware/spyware, 3rd party repairs or modifications, owner repairs or modifications, drops or impacts, user overclocking, or user misuse. Replacement of defective or malfunctioning hardware applies exclusively to items purchased directly from us. The warranty does not cover accidental impacts, drops, modifications to glass in computer cases, or OS repair unless the OS becomes corrupted due to hardware issues, updates, pre-loaded software issues, or performance issues. Corruption to the system resulting from improper use of the OS, modifications to the OS, power outages, overclocking, or modifications to the boot loader is not covered under this warranty.
